Local Access Offices
SEIL is a Mental health & Disability Services (MHDS) Region comprised of eight counties. Each county has a local access office where you may apply for service funding, receive referrals, and get questions answered. The local Coordinator of Disability Services (CDS or other staff is available to assist you.
