The purpose of the Change Agent/Stakeholder Workgroup is to expand and maintain communications, provide collaboration amongst providers, and address how to maximize all provider service abilities to assist in integrated, high quality, effective, and efficient outcomes for those in need.  The details and planning of the region are generally initiated in this workgroup.  All are welcomed and all voices are valued.  The partners of this work consist of human services and medical providers, individuals with lived experience, representing family members of those in need, County Coordinators of Disability Services, elected officials, and other interested persons.
